Our successful Laundry Attendants …
· fulfil all functions of the Laundry and Valet Service including the disposal of waste, cleanliness of the laundry, managing the linen stock and handling the laundry equipment.
· fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
· carefully complete dockets and room attendant worksheets
· maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the Laundry and all who work in it
· facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
